So when I reached out to dilo about a few cones missing from a shipment.... they made it right with little to no effort.
They sent along more than enough cones to make it right.

And now that I've gotten all of them and have given them a try... they are fantastic!

The Hinoki Sesame scented cones are fantastic... fills my living room with a wonderful scent!

Great company seemingly run by kind and forthright people.

Smell sooo nice!!! Burn a bit quickly though, but that wont stop me from buying more.

I love the smell and presentation. But it was advertised as having 25 cones and mine only cane with 23.

Outside of that I’m excuted to give them a try soon!

Incense cones don’t fully burn

I recently purchased two packages of the sesame incense cones. The cones do not burn fully. I like them they burn for just a minute. They stopped burning. I lied them again. They stopped burning again so I have lots of half burned cones. I’ve seen other purchasers report this issue, but had not experienced it myself until my most recent purchase.
