Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions /Non-returnable Items
Everything at dilo is hand made and/or hand prepared. For this reason, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Gift Cards, Sale Items, and Liquid Products are all NON-RETURNABLE.

Exchanges
We will review requests for exchanges. The charges for shipping/handling on exchanges is 100% the responsibility of the customer. 

Items that appear used or worn upon inspection will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at orders@dilohome.com.
