All dried up

This last order of incense constantly burns out and needs to be relit

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues with our Hinoki Sesame incense cones. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to clear up that those are likely not dried out as you mentioned. Most likely you received a few cones or a batch of cones that are not fully dry. The tin can be left open and in a dry location for them to dry further. It appears you have purchased these multiple times this year without issue. We'd much rather handle the rare concerns through email (orders@dilohome.com) so that ratings/reviews can reflect our regular product performance. Thanks for your understanding.

Elsewhere Collection

I discovered the Dessert Kush incense at a wonderful little shop in Jeffersonville, NY, and I was completely blown away by its scent, although sometimes the cone burns halfway. It inspired me to order the Elsewhere collection online so I could experience the rest of the fragrances, and let me tell you... they’re all incredible. Now I always pack a few of each wherever I travel, so I can bring those amazing scents with me! 🌿✨

They didnt stay lit and consistently stopped burning halfway.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. Please reach out to us via email if you continue to have performance issues with the incense cones. We always suggest allowing the cone to stay lit for about 20 seconds prior to blowing it out to make sure the full circumference of the cone is burning down evenly. There is a chance you could have received some cones that were not full dry. They will continue to dry, but definitely reach out to us so we can help you out with your cones.
