Amazing scents but…

Cones don’t burn consistently. I’ve had to relight them over and over.

Thanks for taking the time to review. This is not the norm for our cones. Could you send us an email about this issue - orders@dilohome.com. We'd like to provide some tips on getting a more even and lasting burn. And if it seems like a product issue, we'd love to help remedy this.

Love the brand and the smells. Unfortunately the cones don’t all burn during the whole process i have wasted a lot of my products

Won’t burn through all the way

They honestly smell great but they don’t burn through all the way & won’t stay lit. If they actually burned through I would give it 5 stars & be a repeat customer but unfortunately it’s a one & done situation for me

Scent, immaculate! Maybe my favorite incense fragrance ever. But they just don’t stay lit. Less than half have burned all the way through without me having to relight at least once.

Incense cones came be a little tricky, but these cones have a hard time burning all the way through.
